Job Description

As a HR professional with over 5 years of recruitment experience, you will be responsible for leading the hiring efforts for all retail store operations in Bangalore at "DusMinute by Adishwar". Your role will involve managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to training and managing resources, while also contributing to the development of a positive organizational culture to drive the growth of the company.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments to handle job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening. You will be conducting interviews, arranging follow-up sessions, assisting in employee onboarding, and designing and implementing upskilling programs for the employees.
To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in HR Management and possess a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in the retail industry. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proven track record in retail industry recruitment, will be essential. Additionally, you should have effective negotiation skills, familiarity with online job portals, and a good understanding of the retail sector.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires you to have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate before starting work. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in recruiting and a total work experience of 10 years.
