Were looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales function.

What youll do:
• Own and drive the complete sales function end-to-end
• Build, lead, and mentor the sales team
• Define sales strategy and execution roadmap
• Manage and scale the sales pipeline
• Work closely with leadership on growth planning
• Strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue
• Bring structure, processes, and performance tracking into sales
What were looking for:
• 5–7 years of experience in sales with strong leadership exposure
• Proven experience managing and scaling a team
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
• Strong track record in closing deals and driving revenue
• Strategic thinking with execution focus
