Were Hiring: Sales Manager | Bangalore

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Inside Sales or a similar role

Role Type: Individual Contributor (No Team Handling)

Industry Preference: Interior Design, Real Estate, EdTech, or Retail

About the Role:

Ineazy is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. If youre someone with a strong track record in inside sales, a passion for customer experience, and the drive to close deals, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
  • Understand customer needs, address queries, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline with strong relationships.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from the first interaction.
  • Collaborate with our talented team of interior designers to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and seize upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain detailed records in CRM.
  • Meet personal and team KPIs both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Strategize to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.
  • Own the sales funnel and drive closures.
  • Focus on revenue growth and exceptional customer relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.

What Were Looking For:

  • Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and active listening skills.
  • Background in Interior Design, Real Estate, EdTech, or Retail is a plus.
