Position Available: Senior Executive, Accounts and Payable
Location: Navi Mumbai, Sanpada
Reporting To: Finance Controller
Objectives of this Role:

• Strengthen and cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
• Assist in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of the accounts payable process.
• 
  Uphold integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory financial regulations.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all indirect purchase invoices, including Freight/Admin/Travel-related invoices.
• Handle direct purchase invoices (Raw Materials/Imports, etc.).
• Conduct thorough reviews of invoices for accurate documentation prior to payment.
• Provide support to senior financial officers as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduation in Commerce (B. Com), MBA Finance is an added advantage.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in accounts payable and handling Statutory Audit requirements.
• Strong understanding of India tax compliance, including TDS/TCS.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as FI SAP/Oracle and online platforms.
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality.
