Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at Perfecter, you will act as a strategic partner between clients and technical teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of AI-powered solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, particularly AI, and its application in process automation. You will analyze complex business challenges, recommend AI-driven solutions, and support the implementation of transformative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and identify areas for AI-driven process improvement.

Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and data analysis, focusing on technological feasibility.

Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending technology-based improvements.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI-powered software solutions.

Partner with technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and constraints.

Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that AI solutions meet business needs and deliver the expected outcomes.

Provide thought leadership on AI technology trends and their potential applications in various business contexts.

Monitor the performance and adoption of implemented solutions, recommending enhancements to maximize business value.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven or software development environments.

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation frameworks.

Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI projects, from data analysis to model deployment and monitoring.

Proven ability to analyze technical and business information and provide actionable insights.

Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with AI frameworks or platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI).

Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Industry certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or technology domains (e.g., AWS/Azure certifications) are highly desirable.

Experience working in industries where process automation and AI adoption are common, such as finance, healthcare, or logistics.
