- As a Sales Promoter at HEIM, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent our brand at authorized dealer outlets, engaging with customers, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience to enhance brand growth. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are proactive, personable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Your main responsibilities will include actively engaging with customers in-store, piquing their interest in HEIM products, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will also be expected to showcase the unique features of our products, demonstrating why HEIM stands out in the market.
In addition to customer engagement, you will play a vital role in upholding the brand's image both in-store and at various industry events. By fostering strong customer relationships and bolstering brand reputation, you will contribute significantly to our success.
Collaboration is key at HEIM, and as a Sales Promoter, you will be actively involved in staff meetings, company events, and team-building activities to ensure alignment with HEIM's values and objectives.
While prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and grow.
