B2B/B2C Product Marketing Manager

Description:
Optum is hiring for B2B/ B2C Product Marketing Manager role in Gurugram and Pune location.
Experience- 8+ yrs

Location- Gurugram, Pune

Notice period- Immediate to 90 days

Shift timings- 3:30 PM to 1 AM (Both side cab facility available)

Interview mode- 2 Virtual and 1 F2F

- Day-to-day priorities and performance aligned to US product marketing roadmaps.

- Embedded offshore role; not a shared services or agency model.

- Evaluated on business outcomes (quality, impact, adoption), not volume of output.
Key Responsibilities:

- Launch planning, stakeholder coordination & release execution

- Creation of marketing assets, enablement content & reusable content libraries

- Cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, compliance, UX & CX teams

- Ensure brand, regulatory & accessibility compliance across communications

- Track campaign/product performance metrics and optimize through analytics & A/B testing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.

- Overall 8 -12 years of experience with 5+ years in communications/marketing and 5+ years project management in a matrix organization.

- 5+ years professional writing/editing;

- Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage, and prioritize multiple deliverables; proven organizational skills.

- Healthcare/PBM experience preferred; consumer marketing in regulated environments a strong plus.
