AR Caller - US Healthcare

Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift 6:00 PM / 3:00 AM IST onwards)

Job Summary

The AR Caller will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable for US healthcare clients by following up on unpaid claims with insurance companies and ensuring timely reimbursement. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of the US medical billing process and denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze denied claims (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
• Identify root causes of denials (coding errors, authorization issues, eligibility issues, timely filing, medical necessity, etc.).
• Correct and resubmit claims as per payer guidelines.
• Prepare and submit appeals with proper documentation.
• Review EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA reports.
• Work on aged AR related to denials (30/60/90/120+ days).
• Coordinate with coding, billing, and QA teams to prevent recurring denials.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 14 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
• Good understanding of medical billing lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills (English verbal).
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
