Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud, and Pre-Sales solutioning. This hybrid role blends technical architecture with client-facing consulting, ensuring success in both solution delivery and business development. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable, innovative marketing automation solutions while supporting sales teams in winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
  • Architect and implement Account Engagement (Pardot) solutions, including lead scoring, grading, engagement programs, and Sales Cloud integration.
  • Design scalable B2B and B2C customer journeys leveraging Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud.
  • Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementations (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio).
  • Define data architecture, segmentation strategies, and automation frameworks across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection standards.
Pre-Sales & Consulting
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and present Marketing Cloud / Pardot solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
  • Build and deliver proofs-of-concept, demos, and technical proposals tailored to client needs.

    Respond to RFPs/RFIs and contribute to proposal writing and scoping.
  • Provide thought leadership and position Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Account Engagement as the go-to solution.
Team Leadership & Enablement
  • Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants on Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT, product) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on roadmap planning and adoption strategies.
