Job Description
Responsibility
- Design and develop technical learning contents from a wide variety of formats such as slide decks for instructor-led trainings, video-tutorials, software simulations, video recordings, webcasts and other formats.
- Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, or self-study session, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organizations products or services.
- Multimedia design experience including creating animations, graphics and audio/video components
- Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum.
- Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly.
- Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field.
- Manage end-to-end eLearning projects, from managing their scope to the implementation of eLearning solutions.
- Instructional designer skills
- Knows how to speak with marketing and with engineers
- Pro-active team player.
- Leadership, Assertiveness, Communication skills.
- Fluent English.
