Shift Timing: Night Shift – 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team at Infojini. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records while working in a night shift environment aligned with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with clients
• Prepare regular reports on collections, aging, and account status
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and customer service for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  Get Hired
  Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in night shifts or with international clients (US/UK process)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
