About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Indian market. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles in the Indian market.
• Source candidates through
  
  Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment for the Indian market.
• Strong experience in sourcing and hiring IT & Non-IT professionals.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
