???? Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with U.S.-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
• Source candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

? Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with various U.S. work visas (H-1B, TN, Green Card, etc.) and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
