Product Manager, Associate

We are looking for a driven individual to join our core Product Management team of Infors Technology Platform, called Infor OS. Candidate will be working on emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements across various internal and external stake holders, by establishing relationships with them and drive adoption. They will be working with industry analysts and customers to understand latest Gen AI and RPA trends and work with the seniors in forging product vision and direction for the future. They will ensure that the vision is well defined to the detailed level and pair up with engineering in realizing the same. They will be also responsible for releasing the product in periodic intervals and overseeing that the product passes the stringent release control process. Subsequently they will be responsible for enabling and educating he field facing professionals of Infor, Partners and Customers with the new feature launches.
Level of Skills and Knowledge/ Essential Functions:
Entrepreneurial drive to Self-start initiative and work with internal and external customers. A real spider in the web with a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to articulate complex topics to a large audience.
Works independently on large and/or complex technical projects
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Exercises sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Provide input to business cases to realise the requirements.
Comfortable with hands-on working and giving demos on the product.
Own the product enablement/ trainings
Prior Experience / Educational/ Other Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or Computer Science or other relevant Engineering education.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Product Management or functional/Operational business analysis for software product development or hands on implementation.
Working level knowledge of Generative AI and RPA with expertise on LLMs, RAG, Fine tuning, prompt engineering, grounding of data and Vectorization.
Knowledge of LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama as well as RPA platforms such as UIPath and Autoamtion anywhere, are a plus.
Problem resolution skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills in English.
Involves occasional/ compulsory travel to visit dev teams/ present the product in conferences etc
