Job Description

At Innomatrics Technologies, we specialize in developing scalable digital solutions for businesses across various industries, with a strong emphasis on creating a seamless user experience and robust backend systems. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a proficient Flutter Developer to join us in crafting high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

As a Flutter Developer at Innomatrics Technologies, your primary responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart programming languages. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver comprehensive solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and Firebase, overseeing the entire app lifecycle from concept to release, and ensuring the optimal performance and quality of the applications. Identifying and rectifying bugs and performance issues will also be part of your role, along with staying updated on emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Flutter app development and demonstrate proficiency in Dart programming. A solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and BLoC is essential, along with familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and third-party libraries. Experience with deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as well as knowledge of version control systems like Git, is required. Strong coding skills, an awareness of platform-specific design principles, and familiarity with state management tools like Provider or Riverpod are also important qualifications.

Desirable skills and experiences include prior exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development, familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic or GitHub Actions, expertise in animations, custom widgets, and advanced Flutter plugins, and a background in Agile development practices.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick time, performance bonuses, and shift allowances. The work location is in person, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.,
