Support Engineer – PMGM

We are hiring a Support Engineer with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management). The candidate will be responsible for providing application support, resolving user issues, handling tickets, and supporting day-to-day system activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and production support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues within SLA
- Handle incidents, service requests, and support tickets
- Support configuration changes, testing, and system enhancements
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution
- Perform system monitoring and maintain support documentation
- Assist in release activities, validations, and user support

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM support
- Strong understanding of Goal Management & Performance Management processes
- Experience in application support and ticket handling
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
