BFSI Operations Analyst - Lending

What role you will play in team: You'll provide support to our lending operations team ensuring smooth and efficient processing of loan applications and related tasks

What you will do: You'll be responsible for data entry, data validation, processing applications, managing reports and conducting quality checks.

Key responsibility:

• Accurate and timely data entry of loan application details.
• Validation of data for completeness and accuracy.
• Processing of loan applications according to established procedures.
• Preparation of reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• 
  Conducting quality checks on processed applications.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
