Claims Processor

What role you will play in team: You'll be a crucial member of our claims processing team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurance claims, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you will do: You'll receive, review, and process insurance claims, verifying information, identifying discrepancies and communicating with clients and providers as needed. You'll follow established procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Verify claim information against policy details and supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve claim discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Communicate with clients and healthcare providers to obtain necessary information.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims processed.
  
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
• Identify and report potential fraud or abuse.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
