Insurance Policy Processing Specialist

What role you will play in team:Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of new and renewal insurance policies within established service level agreements.

What you will do:Processing policy applications, verifying information, updating systems, and responding to inquiries.

Key responsibility:

• Process new and renewal insurance policy applications accurately and efficiently.
• Verify policy information and supporting documentation.
• Update policy information in internal systems.
• Generate policy documents and send to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies.
  
• Identify and resolve policy discrepancies and errors.
• Adhere to established processing procedures and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
