Job Description
Main responsibilities are supporting the customers teams in Continuous Controls Monitoring. This includes in detail: • Monitoring periodic Control Performance, and to identify necessary or recommended reactions • Continuous tracking of deficiencies and execution of remediation actions according to managed priorities and urgency • Provide SME support if needed to close complex deficiencies • Support centralized reporting and follow-up of IPEs and control performance • IPE Taskforce has KPI dashboards but no team to do centralized follow-up & reporting) • Specific hand holding for IPE & control performance as required (in place of generic training) Responsibility in Organization / Management • Contribute to documentation of experiences and knowledge sharing

Technical Skills (Data, Technology, Implementation) • Ability to retrieve and analyze and report/present data from various sources, …. • Understanding of data structures, sources, flow and integration across infrastructure platforms, functional domains, and application landscapes/service Personal Skills (Soft Skills) • Exhibit a passion for technology and continually learn and keep pace with the accelerating change across multiple technologies and solutions • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to determine proper course or methodology with minimal support in area of expertise • Ability to produce clear and accurate status information and documentation or delivered work and value. • Good verbal and written communication skills, to be successful in working in mixed team across organizations and regions
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, IT General Controls and IT governance. • Experience of ITGC control audits / reviews of ERP systems (Non-SAP), Operating systems, Databases, and financial applications • Ability to support audits and to provide the right information & data and to mitigate and/or solve identified deficiencies and gaps • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies.
