We are looking for experienced management consultants with excellent business acumen to join our agile, dynamic, passionate and fast-growing AI consulting practice to help organizations in their business transformation journey fueled by intelligent technologies pure-play technology consultants need not apply. We encourage people willing to work from the office or client location at least 3 days a week. We prefer immediate joiners who can join us within 30 days.

About the team

AI transformation consulting (ATC) practice is part of the Global AIX (AI-First & Experience) practice and is responsible for

• selling and delivering AI, Analytics advisory services in India, selected regions in Asia Pacific and the Middle East

• driving the value realization office for transformation programs using our proprietary Infosys Value Management (IVM) platform
• working closely with our global teams in delivering AI, Automation and Data engagements for some of our global clients

Being a horizontal unit, we work across sectors Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer & Retail, Telecom, Services, Utilities, Resources & Energy and collaborate with the other vertical practices of Infosys Consulting and also with different units of Infosys. The team was formed in Q1, FY22. The current team size is 40 and we aspire to be a 100-member team by FY26.

If you join us, some of your responsibilities are

You will primarily be responsible for working in a client engagement and helping the practice and IC leadership in responding to RFPs, building PoVs or offerings and coaching a team of 2-6 consultants. This role requires both individual contribution and managerial, leadership responsibilities.

• 75-80% of the time you will be working on a client engagement
• 20-25% of the time will be on anchoring/driving RFP response, proactive pitches, meeting clients, building PoVs/offerings, coaching team members

To be successful in this role, you must have the following

1. Self-motivated, good attitude, collaborative and team player.
2. Structured problem-solving capabilities with good presentation skills. Very good at researching, generating data-driven insights & preparing impactful stories.
3. Ready to travel within and outside India on short notice. Ready to work from the office (base location) at least three days per week.
4. At least 10 years of business consulting or advisory experience with consulting firms. Experience in delivering strategy and implementation engagements on AI, Automation, and Data. Knowledge in Generative AI, Conversational AI or responsible AI is a plus.
5. Very good understanding of one industry and at least one functional domain. Good experience in product management, project and program management with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
6. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Familiarity with PMO processes and best practices to drive project success.
