Job Description
- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role will be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating the architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings in the technology domain. Additionally, you will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design fundamentals, testing tools, and agile methodologies. Understanding of project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes, and the business domain is essential. Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills are also crucial.
