Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Specialist with a strong background in Genesys On-Prem solutions and advanced development skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telecommunication technologies and a deep understanding of Genesys components, integrations, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and
  
  Genesys On-Prem platforms.
• Work on Composer development and configuration of various Genesys components.
• Develop advanced Java (J2EE/JSP) applications and/or API integrations for seamless connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with VOIP/SIP/CTI standards and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Genesys environments for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with Genesys Cloud CX best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys solutions (On-Prem and Cloud).
