Job Description
- Role Overview:
As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning activities, configuring products, conducting demonstrations, and providing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. Additionally, you will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals and provide inputs in solution design
- Plan and configure product activities as per design
- Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives
- Collaborate with clients to navigate their digital transformation journey
Qualification Required:
- Strong technical skills in Mobile Device Management, specifically Intune
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients
