Job Description
- The Quality Team at Infosys plays a crucial role in supporting all business units and enabling functions to achieve excellence in business delivery and client experience. As change agents, we set benchmarking practices, share them across projects, develop new models of excellence, and ensure their institutionalization across the organization.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading effective Program Management by developing program plans, ensuring governance, communication, derisking, and dependency management from a quality perspective.
- Driving cost optimization through Lean interventions and identifying opportunities aligned with program goals.
- Facilitating the design of solutions and ensuring the realization of identified opportunities.
- Improving project financial health by analyzing project financial metrics and driving improvements to influence project costs.
- Conducting project audits based on frameworks and standards such as CMMi and ISO.
- Validating adherence to Information Security Management systems, ISMS, Privacy Information Management System (PIMS), GDPR requirements, etc.
- Analyzing relevant data, deriving insights, and developing improvement plans for execution.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management competencies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean techniques and interventions.
- Understanding of project financial metrics and associated analytics.
- Knowledge of software development processes and metrics.

- Experience in Agile project execution and understanding of Agile metrics.
- Familiarity with CMMI and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in data preparation, analysis, and data visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, with a basic understanding of predictive models.
- Basic understanding of Information Security Management systems, ISMS, Privacy Information Management System (PIMS), GDPR requirements.
- Exposure to various software project execution tools, including the AI tool landscape.
Preferred Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of quality models/improvement frameworks, specifically CMMI for Development and CMMI Process Area-wise process definitions.,
