Job Description
- Graphic design and basic video editing

- Designing mailers for email communications (Infosys Prize lectures and outreach, office events, Infosys Prize announcement press conference, symposium and ceremony and Science Society events).
- Coordinating with the email deployment team to recreate elements in html format (no prior coding knowledge required)
- Resizing and repurposing mailer content for social media promotions and website updates
- Managing Infosys Prize YouTube account (playlists and generating thumbnails) - Basic video editing for YouTube content: lecture and event recordings
- Keeping the website up to date with relevant graphic content: especially Event Calendar, Banners, and Homepage
- Ideating and editing videos for social media alongside the social media agency
- Creating AV Formats /briefs for recording lectures remotely
- Lead the brief for ceremony and create templates for pre and post event promotions on social media, working with the agency, and event collaterals, working with the event agency and internal teams
- Coordinating with production teams (photo and video) for events like lectures and the prize ceremony
