Staff Data Engineer SAAS Senior Adminstrator

Role Overview:

Data & Compliance Platforms to manage enterprise platforms supporting master data management, data governance, and privacy compliance. This role ensures platform performance, data quality, and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience with at least 4+ years on the Reltio platform

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy regulations.

• Integration experience with Kafka, REST APIs and JSON

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Reltio certifications.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration:

• Serve as the primary administrator for enterprise SaaS platforms supporting data governance and privacy compliance.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security and compliance policies.

• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement updates and patches.

Data Governance & Master Data Management:

• Design and maintain data models, business rules, workflows, and data validation logic.

• Oversee data ingestion processes and integrations with internal and external systems.

• Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.

• Support data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives.

• Develop and maintain documentation for platform configurations and governance processes.

Privacy & Compliance Management:

• Configure and manage workflows for data mapping, assessments, incident response, and regulatory reporting.

• Support compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) through automation and reporting.

• Maintain data inventories and records of processing activities.
