Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore, covering Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural areas. This full-time, contract-to-hire position requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The role entails developing effective recruitment strategies and fostering relationships that align with InfoWryt Solutions LLPs dynamic and profitable business model.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing (Mandatory skill), with a minimum of 1-year experience in this field.
  • Proficient in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate capabilities to align with organizational goals.
  • Strong candidate screening abilities, ensuring the best talents are matched with suitable roles effectively.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, with innovative techniques to attract and retain the best industry talent.
  • Excellent networking skills to build and maintain productive relationships within industry forums and events.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices as applicable to recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, agile team environment.

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals, focusing on effective role alignment.
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions, ensuring a rigorous evaluation process.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives effectively to secure emerging talents.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reporting procedures.
