Salesforce Automation QA-Service Cloud-AccelQ

This is a remote position.

Service Cloud Sr QA with automation
Service Cloud QA with automation:
6+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for experience using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms. Any automation tool is also fine.
Proven expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Service Cloud module.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model:
oProfiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD Settings, and Sharing Rules.
Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
Extensive experience in designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments.
Highly skilled at early issue detection, with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows, and validation rules.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required
Must have worked in agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC
