Hydro Prokav Pumps , an Ingersoll Rand business engaged in the manufacturing of UT Pumps brand Positive Displacement Pumps including API676 Twin /Triple screw Pumps and High-Pressure Triplex Plunger pumps , Descaler Systems used for a wide range of applications in all types of Industries including Power, Oil & Gas, Steel & Cement and many more. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and testing facilities, our integrated plant ensures precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control for every pump produced.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of Screw pumps , High pressure Triplex plunger Pumps and Descaler systems across the Southern regions. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. The profile will work closely with the technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in diverse industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power , Chemicals, Oil terminals and Marine.

- Technical qualification : Engineering degree in Mechanical.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in industrial equipment, ideally with experience selling Pumps or similar fluid handling equipment.
Residential/Hybrid – covering the South Region
Key Competencies
- Strong network within key industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power, Chemicals, and Marine
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer technical solutions to complex challenges.
- Experience working with EPCs/Distributors, OEMs, Consultants and engineering contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP will be a plus.
