Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable executive to be responsible for processing all invoices and credit notes received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Processing the invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centres
- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Accounts payable function
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets & accounting system
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Hands on GST laws & Income tax , SOX compliances etc
- Candidate with Commerce back ground in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration - B.Com / M.Com or above qualification with well track of academic
- Able to handle huge volume transactions.
