The Sr. Manager, Product Management will be responsible for a team of Product Managers and the delivery/rollout of B2B customer Platform to all ingram micro countries. People management and leadership skills are essential for the success of the role. Team building, cross functional collaboration, accountability, ownership and managing product scope are some of the key qualities required for this position. We are looking for a smart and innovative Senior Manager who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, has worked within an Agile development environment, and can balance both business and technical demands.
As a Senior Manager, you will be a leader within the Product and Platform organization that owns feature development, prioritization, and launch for impactful new products. You will work with our customers, business stakeholders, Partners, UX, Engineering and IT teams to define product features, set priorities and lead launches. Key responsibilities will include driving development of strategies, epics, user stories, and technical functional documents; driving development across Engineering, Design, and UX in alignment with customer, business, and requirements; diving into customer feedback, BI and other data to help prioritize and focus improvements and launches; lead execution and delivery.
In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Rollout Xvantage platform to all countries, includes country specific features and owning a country specific and global roadmap.
• Drive usage and adoption of platform globally
• End to end experience in B2B/B2C and retail environment industry experience is preferred
• Manage PMs to define functional spec, user stories, and cross functional with Engg, country business team, UX, Digi ops PMO for execution.

• Work closely with Digi ops to measure and track the impact and adapt the product strategy accordingly.
• Manage, hire, retain and grow Technical Product Managers, nurturing the existing skillset and raising the bar for higher standards.
• Contribute to long-term product roadmap and strategy
• Understanding of the global organization and its associated business units, with a lens towards common-sizing and solution building to ensure optimal resource utilization
• Product knowledge of front and back-end ecommerce, APIs, and 3rdparty systems, and integration
• Collaboration with development teams to define scope and processes within Agile Framework
• Ability to understand complex business and technical considerations and make appropriate decisions to ensure positive, global results.

• BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant product management experience and ecommerce knowledge in B2b/B2C/B2B2C– with at least 5 years of people management experience, preferably experience managing through direct report managers.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology, and complex workflows.
• Ability to interact with Engineers and Designers on technical topics to identify best possible decisions.
• Data driven with the ability to define, track and act upon KPIs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with product management, business strategy, technology strategy, and roadmap planning and scenario analysis.
• Fluent in Agile, Scrum, and experience working in Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
