Senior Engineer - Data Management (Cluedin)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant with expertise in Data Management, specifically with Cluedin, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data management projects, implementing Cluedin data management solutions, and providing expert guidance to clients. With your extensive knowledge of data management methodologies, data governance, and Cluedin platform, you will play a critical role in helping organizations harness the power of their data and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Project Leadership Lead data management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Solution Design Collaborate with clients to understand their data management needs and design tailored solutions using the Cluedin platform.
• Cluedin Implementation Configure, customize, and implement Cluedin data management solutions, including data ingestion, cleansing, integration, and data governance processes.
• Data Governance Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and processes using Cluedin, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance.
• Data Integration Design and implement data integration strategies, including ETL processes, API integrations, and data synchronization, to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Data Quality Management Develop and implement data quality management processes, data profiling, and data cleansing strategies using Cluedins data quality features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to understand their requirements, align data management initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of Cluedin solutions.

• Change Management Provide guidance and support in change management activities related to data management, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption of Cluedin platform.
• Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, fostering their growth and development in data management and Cluedin expertise.
• Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with clients, serve as a trusted advisor, and provide ongoing support and consulting services related to Cluedin data management solutions.
• Industry Best Practices Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data management and Cluedin platform, incorporating them into solution designs and project delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting Create and maintain project documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and project reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and knowledge sharing.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in data management, data governance, and data integration, with a focus on implementing Cluedin solutions.
• Expertise in Cluedin data management platform, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of data management methodologies, data governance frameworks, and best practices.
