Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haryana, India. The Business Development Manager - Solar will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading potential partnerships. Responsibilities include market research, proposal development, maintaining an understanding of government tenders and PM Kusum projects, and driving the business strategy to meet growth objectives. The role will focus on fostering long-term relationships with institutional and industrial clients, ensuring alignment with the companys renewable energy goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Solar EPC projects, renewable energy, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
  • Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and proposal creation
  • Familiarity with government tenders, PM Kusum projects, and procurement processes

    Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the solar energy domain or related industries is a strong advantage
