About the job:

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to contribute to the assessment and development of complex technical solutions for our customers.
A business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within an organization.
Their primary responsibility is to gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure that IT systems or business processes align with the strategic goals of the organization
What You Get to Do Every Day (Responsibilities):

- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Propose improvements to business processes or technology solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Prepare and present business cases, reports, and other documents to management and stakeholders.
- Create process maps, user stories, flowcharts, and use cases to illustrate current and proposed business processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of business requirements and processes for future reference and compliance
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand and document client needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI developers and data scientists, to design and implement custom AI solutions.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the business requirements and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the project team during the execution phase by ensuring business requirements are being met and issues are addressed.
- Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure they can effectively use new systems or processes.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.
What You Bring to the Role (Requirements):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company.
- Experience in working with Generative AI and LLM technologies is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a specific industry (e., finance, healthcare, legal, retail) is desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and process challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Proficient in XML and JSON data analysis (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (advantageous)
