Job Description
- As a highly experienced Senior PHP Developer with a strong background in open-source technologies and project management skills, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing PHP-based applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues for optimal performance, and adhere to coding standards. Additionally, you will engage in presales activities by understanding client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and creating customized proposals to secure deals. Your project management responsibilities will include leading project planning efforts, coordinating with internal teams and clients, monitoring progress, and managing budgets to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **PHP Development:**
- Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based applications while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues for optimal performance.
- **Presales Activities:**
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
- Prepare customized proposals, communicate value propositions, and negotiate contracts.
- **Project Management:**
- Lead project planning, scoping, and estimation efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage budgets and timelines.
- **Team Leadership and Mentoring:**
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage continuous learning.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, specializing in open-source technologies.
- Proven track record in presales activities and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and leadership abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in Agile development and project management certification.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
