Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Court Legal Consultant to provide expert legal guidance on commercial disputes, contract enforcement, and compliance with the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. The consultant will handle litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters to protect the companys interests.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on commercial disputes, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and dispute resolution clauses.

Represent the company in Commercial Courts, arbitration, and mediation.

Manage litigation strategies and coordinate with external legal counsel.

Ensure compliance with corporate legal requirements and risk management policies.

Qualifications & Experience

LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, or contract law.

Strong knowledge of the Commercial Courts Act, Contract Law, and Arbitration Act.

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
