Associate Director - Analyst Relations - Healthcare/BFS
Job Description
Role Overview:
Innoquest is are seeking a highly driven, hands-on leader to elevate and operationalize its global Analyst Relations (AR) program. Reporting into senior commercial and growth leadership, this role will be instrumental in shaping the organizations positioning across leading analyst firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, HFS, NelsonHall, and Avasant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned with overall business objectives to enhance company visibility and credibility.
- Manage relationships with key industry analysts by providing timely and accurate information about our products, strategy, and market performance to influence their research and recommendations.
- Proactively brief analysts on company news, product launches, and strategic initiatives to ensure accurate and positive coverage.
- Monitor analyst reports and publications to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities or threats to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare senior management for analyst interactions, including briefings, presentations, and Q&A sessions, to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Organize and manage analyst events, such as briefings, webinars, and advisory days, to foster deeper engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sales teams, to gather information and develop compelling messaging for the analyst community to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of analyst relations activities to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts and other key stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful analyst relations programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and the analyst landscape.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

- Experience in corporate communications, public relations, or investor relations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Investor Relations, or Market Research.
- Strategic storytelling: Ability to translate complex healthcare operations into compelling market narratives
- Execution excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously
- Influence without authority: Proven ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and functions
- Analytical thinking: Ability to synthesize analyst feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable strategies
- Executive communication: Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with experience engaging senior leadership
- Relationship management: Ability to build credibility and trust with both internal stakeholders and external analysts
