Senior Director - Operational Effectiveness Leader - Functional PMO

About the Role:
Innoquest is looking for a leader for a Functional PMO role. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving governance, compliance, and operational excellence across healthcare payer accounts and overall account management.
Mandatory Requirements:
- US Healthcare Project Governance Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in US Healthcare Project Governance and Project Implementation, preferably within the Payer domain.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Candidate should have experience acting as a liaison and ensuring seamless collaboration across Transition, Solutions, Business Excellence, and CRM teams. They should possess a strong understanding of the overall operational landscape, governance framework, and interdependencies across functions.
- Project Management Certification: Candidate must possess a valid PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Healthcare Risk & Compliance:
- Oversee and manage overall compliance for healthcare-related activities.
- Handle compliance matters pertaining to payer accounts, different account management processes, and ISO/ISMS/SOC standards.
- Exposure in HIPAA, HI Trust, ISO27001 & ISO 31000 framework.
- Manage and negotiate terms and conditions for larger global accounts.
- Efficiently handle the entire Management Information System (MIS) for payer accounts, including attendance, revenue, P&L and data management.
B. Project Management Office (PMO) - Functional:
- Drive planning and mapping processes within the PMO.
- Coordinate seat allocation, site strategy and logistical aspects of new business transitions.
- Play a pivotal role in client coordination, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Manage customer visits and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
