About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Solution Consultant to partner with organizations in designing and delivering impactful HR solutions aligned with business goals. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their workforce challenges and recommending our aligned frameworks, certifications, and consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients to understand HR challenges across performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, and align them with relevant solutions, frameworks, certifications, and advisory services offered by us.
- Design and propose customized HR solutions leveraging our frameworks, certifications, and knowledge resources
- Drive consultative sales conversations and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless implementation of HR solutions
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and advisory sessions for client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8-15 years of experience in HR consulting / HR solutions / talent advisory roles
- Prior experience with boutique HR consulting firms is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR domains such as talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, and HR strategy
- Experience in client-facing roles with exposure to solutioning and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Professionals with 5-8 years of experience in HR consulting, talent advisory, or HR solutioning roles
- Candidates currently working with or having prior experience in boutique HR consulting firms or specialized advisory setups
- Individuals with strong exposure to client-facing roles, especially engaging with HR leaders, CXOs, and business stakeholders
- Professionals who have worked on designing and implementing HR solutions across areas like talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, or HR strategy
- Candidates with a consultative mindset, someone who can diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and drive outcomes
- Individuals with experience in business development or consultative sales within HR services/solutions
- Professionals who are passionate about HR transformation, learning, and global best practices, preferably aligned with frameworks from Society for Human Resource Management
- Strong communicators who can present, influence, and build long-term client relationships
