Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and experienced IT Infra Project Manager with over 5 years of experience, based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing network and Linux infrastructure projects in a full-time position within an MNC.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning, designing, and implementing various projects related to Windows, VMWare, network management, and Linux systems. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, create work plans, identify resources, and assign responsibilities accordingly.
In addition, you will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and Linux systems to ensure stability, security, and efficiency. Monitoring system performance, capacity planning, managing software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes will also be part of your duties.

Effective communication with team members and stakeholders, coordination with vendors and suppliers, preparation of detailed project reports, and facilitation of team meetings are essential aspects of your role. Providing advanced troubleshooting for network and Linux-related issues and ensuring timely resolution to meet SLAs will be crucial.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in network and Linux systems management. Proven experience in project management, especially in an L2 role, is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.,
