Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring fora Mutual Fund AnalystPosition type: Fulltime/ContractJob Title: Mutual Fund AnalystLocation: Pittsburgh PADuration: 12+ MonthsThis position is hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in-office. As a Mutual Fund Analyst, you will: As a Mutual Fund Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding, settlement, and maintenance of open-ended mutual fund accounts. You will leverage NSCC platforms (Matrix and Fund SERV) and manual processes to support corporate action events, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate custody recordshelping Client run our company better and be more for our clients. Key Responsibilities
Process account openings for open-ended mutual funds via Matrix, Fund SERV, and manually prepared account forms.
Facilitate settlement of transactions to effect movement of shares on custody for corporate action events.
Perform ongoing account maintenanceincluding audit request fulfillment, dividend election updates, and wiring instruction changes.
Manage daily state-delinquent share requests by opening new fund accounts to receive transferred shares.
Settle prior-day requested transactions and investigate any exceptions or discrepancies in Matrix reports.
Process stock power requests to transfer shares from state-registered accounts into Mac&Co nominee accounts.
Reconcile daily custody positions against fund statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, trade operations, or a related function.
Hands-on familiarity with NSCC platforms (Matrix and/or Fund SERV) or similar trade/settlement systems.
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve transaction breaks.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfort learning new platforms and internal tools. Preferred Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of corporate actions, custody processes, and stock power mechanics.
Experience with daily reconciliation procedures in a fund services environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across operations, risk, and technology teams.
