PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $120k to $130k/Per annum
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Regional HR Operations Manager, you will:
- Manage HR and payroll processes for USA & Canada, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the HR Ops team, fostering growth, inclusivity, and high performance.
- Oversee HR initiatives including policies, benefits, recruitment, and process optimization.
- Align processes with global standards for consistent employee experience.
- Stay updated on US & Canada employment laws; implement risk management strategies.
- Manage HR service providers and ensure quality delivery.
- Maintain accurate HR data and use analytics to improve processes.
- Understand payroll processes (manager handles day-to-day).
- Handling case management and recruitment support.
- Responsible for benefits programs, packages, and compliance.
This is a Fulltime- Contract role
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years in HR Shared Services and HR Operations, 3+ years in leadership roles in US & Canada.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, and leave management.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and data analytics.
- Experienced with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and a financial services domain.
