Job Title: Software Engineer Gen AI

Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, North Carolina 28262

Contract Type - Full-time W2

Duration: 6 months Contract

As a Software Engineer Gen AI, You Will:

• Lead and consult on complex, high-impact software engineering initiatives, from planning to problem resolution.
• Analyze multifaceted challenges, applying deep understanding of policies and compliance to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate strategically with clients to achieve optimal outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, vector databases, RAG) and Machine Learning (Deep Learning, TensorFlow, NLP).
• Proficiency in MLOps, Distributed Systems/Big Data (Spark, Kafka), and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Skilled in Python, Java, Scala, and various Datastores (NoSQL, SQL, Vector stores).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and building scalable distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead/mentor teams and familiarity with Microsofts platform suite.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*:Between $60 - $70 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
