Intern - Data Operations

The Role:

As an intern - Data Operations Specialist at Innovaccer, you will work under the direction of the General Counsel to develop a modern legal operations program for our world-class legal team. This role is highly visible and impactful, focusing on streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring efficient communication between legal and compliance teams.

A Day in the Life:

1. Build meaningful analytic reports for the legal department that are actionable and shared with relevant stakeholders.

2. Use existing company technology to develop template intake forms and streamline contract management processes.

3. Collaborate with the company to establish a legal hub in Jira, facilitating self-service, intake forms, and access to key information.

4. Manage department systems and assist lawyers in maintaining up-to-date and clean data on a daily basis.

5. Coordinate communication between legal and compliance teams in India and the US to ensure seamless information flow.

6. Organize and maintain legal department document drives, ensuring adherence to information governance standards.

7. Code incoming invoices from law firms for clarity and transparency in legal spend; oversee the review of external law firms.

8. Collaborate with the deal desk and sales team to establish two-way automated reporting of priorities.

What You Need:

1. Education: Any Graduate

2. Soft Skills:

- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and propose viable solutions.

- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
