The Role

Innovapptive’s BizOps team is made up of a passionate group of individuals whose goal is to enrich the Mid and the Senior management with the data insights and at the same time keeping the systems up-to-date in order to get the correct data and hence enabling the teams to make the correct business decisions based on the data.

The role calls for an entry level passionate person who is keen to see their career into data analysis, operations management and working closely with the cross functional business units as a part of a central team, which requires an elementary level knowledge in the following areas.

1. Understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets

2. A basic knowledge of the analytical tools like Data Studio would be an advantage

4. Good Communication skills

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Collaborating with the various business units personnels for the data requirements


• Keeping the systems up to date with all the relevant business details gathered from the business personnels (Project Managers/ BU heads/ Operations Managers etc.)


• Highlighting the data discrepancies to the respective managers and get it corrected


• Connecting up with the dashboarding team keep the business dashboards updated


• Follow up with the Managers on various daily/weekly compliances


• Connecting up with the Managers on resources utilization and productivity

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's Degree/MBA with exposure to data processing and analysis


• Good business acumen


• Problem identification and solution provider


• As-Is and To Be analysis for the internal processes


• Gap Analysis and coming up with the list of actions need to achieve the Future State Map aligned with the Organization strategy


• Good understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheet


• Good to have a working knowledge on G-Suite (G-Sheet, G-Data Studio etc.) for reporting purpose and designing leadership dashboards
