About the Role

Our Client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple restaurant outlets.

The role is critical in strengthening the operational structure across both locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, operational standards, team performance, cost control, and profitability.

We are looking for a strong F&B leader with proven experience managing multiple outlets, preferably within resto-bar, casual dining, or similar restaurant concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across both restaurant outlets.

Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, SOPs, and service procedures.

Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant management and operational teams.

Monitor outlet performance and implement corrective actions where required.

Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.

Manage and monitor P&L, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and operational expenses.

Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.

Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer experience.

Monitor KPIs and prepare regular operational and financial performance reports.

Work closely with outlet managers and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Support recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Handle operational challenges proactively and provide practical solutions.

Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure management accountability.

Support business initiatives, promotions, and new operational strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

10+ years of relevant F&B management experience, with strong exposure to restaurant operations.

Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets simultaneously.

Strong experience in resto-bar, casual dining, or similar concepts is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.

Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset.

Hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with outlet teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of restaurant SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

UAE F&B experience is highly preferred.
