Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a blend of talent acquisition expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to enhance client satisfaction while meeting hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Client Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment processes.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and client relationship management (4+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
