Recruiter Oil and Gas/EPC

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with expertise in Oil and Gas recruitment or related verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific hiring needs and the ability to attract top talent. Experience in the GCC market will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for
  
  Oil and Gas roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define role requirements.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Oil and Gas recruitment.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment policies, particularly in the GCC region.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Oil and Gas or related verticals.
• Proven experience in GCC market recruitment is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
