About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the UAE, working on cutting-edge airport infrastructure projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in aviation sector project delivery to contribute to the region's dynamic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary construction and materials-handling project within the airport environment.
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring strong communication, coordination, and project alignment.
• 
  Oversee all aspects of project execution including scheduling, resourcing, and performance management.
• Conduct schedule reviews, manage claims and change orders, and ensure compliance with FIDIC contractual frameworks.
• Manage engineering activities to ensure technical, safety, and quality compliance.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional site teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and project progress reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years experience as a Project Manager on multi-disciplined construction or infrastructure projects.

  Get Hired
• 10+ years project engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at 30M+.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
• Strong experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Materials handling and/or baggage handling systems experience is a significant advantage.
• Skilled in scheduling reviews, claims, change management, and people planning.
• PMP certification is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build strong customer relationships.
